It's the first thing a buyer see's when they pull up and the first thing they see when they are searching online. If it doesn't look its best then the chances are the buyer will pass it over and move on to the next property. Check outside to see if your:

Roof is clear of moss or debris.

Rendering is refreshed if it is dull, faded or dirty.

Soffits, fascias & guttering are nice and clean.

Windows are clean.

Boundary walls look bright if painted.

Gardens are maintained and look their best.

Photos are you window to the world and the things buyers love to see the most. They need to look amazing. Before you have your photos taken, make sure of the following:-

• Your driveway is clear
• No bins on view
• Paths swept
• Any excess items cleared
• Any pot plants only have plants in bloom and not too many they can be very distracting.
