Simply start at the top and work your way down. If you see something which you think might need looking at simply click the corresponding blue "More Info" button and it offer you more information along with a selection of local specialists who are ready and waiting to help.

Bookmark Your Favourite Companies
When you see a company you like you can bookmark them and make notes about what you might like them to have a look at for future reference. You will have to create a "How to Sell A House" Account to do this but it only takes a few minutes and will give you access to a whole load of other features such as "Free Property Advertising etc"
Getting Quotes For Potential Repairs - If you see a business with a "Recommended" banner you can ask them for a quote by selecting the "Get Quote" button. Simply send them a quick message to get in touch with you - it couldn't be easier.
If after a little while you find yourself getting a little over whelmed by all these checks - why not ask us to pop over and help you decide what is worth getting checked and what isn't. Whilst we are not qualified surveyors - we have seen lots of these issues in the past and know what we are looking at.

Hopefully you didn't see anything which caught your eye, but if you did, don't worry, you caught it at the right time, simply get it checked out now so you can let buyers know you are aware of the problem and have priced your property accordingly.
Alternatively, if you can afford to, get the repairs done and make the invoices available to your buyer and their surveyors to show them your home has been well cared for.
If you didn't know what you were looking at and thought, "I don't what I am looking at here", no worries, why not speak to your local How To Sell A House specialist, they are usually pretty good at spotting things which might come up in a survey, or better still, book a professional "Home Condition Report" with your local surveyor
